All data produced by INVALSI and found in this section are released under a Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0 IT)you may freely reproduce, distribute, transmit and adapt INVALSI data and analyses, even for commercial purposes, provided the source is cited.
The microdata (in csv format) refer to the sample surveys. For each national survey, INVALSI selects a probability sample with two stages of selection: the units of the first stage are the school institutes and the units of the second stage are the classes. In the sample survey, tests are administered under the supervision of observers who are not members of the class or the school staff. The tables provide detailed information on the individual variables and their presentation.
