The Memorandum of Understanding tool enables the sharing of microdata with researchers from universities, public institutions, and research organisations as part of collaborative projects that contribute to institutional objectives of INVALSI (Art. 5-ter, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree No. 33/2013; 'Guidelines for Scientific Access to Sistan Elementary Data' in Comstat Directive No. 11 of 7 November 2018, adopted pursuant to Art. 5-ter of Legislative Decree No. 33/2013). Memorandum of Understanding are activated within the framework of projects involving the Institute, enabling it to draw on specific external knowledge and capitalise on the added value of collaborating with other entities in the scientific research community.
