The seminar will be held in Rome on 29, 30 November and 1st December 2019. The purpose of the Seminar is to enhance utilization/use and potentiality of INVALSI data in educational research. The data collected annually by the Institute are a precious tool for investigating the characteristics of the school system and to plan strengthening interventions. Interested parties are therefore invited to submit research works based on INVALSI data.

The 3th “INVALSI data: a research tool” Seminar will be held in Bari on 26, 27 and 28 October 2018. The purpose of the Seminar is to enhance the utility and the potentiality of the INVALSI data in educational research.

The INVALSI Statistical Service, starting with the 2011/12 school year, has chosen to complement the National Surveys with some supplementary instruments to collect information, opinions and attitudes of teachers.

The Seminar is aimed at promoting and supporting the usefulness and potential of INVALSI data in scientific research. The census data collected annually by the Institute are a very valuable tool for investigating the quality of the school system and for defining possible support or strengthening interventions.
