A merit-based selection procedure is being launched for the award of 8 freelance contracts to experts for the purposes of the project “Evaluation of the National Programme (NP) ‘School and Skills’ 2021–2027 (ESF+ and ERDF)”.

Required profiles:

• Profile A: senior impact assessment expert
• Profile B: mid-level expert in data collection and database preparation
• Profile C: mid-level report writing expert
• Profile D: Mid-level data visualisation and infographics specialist
• Profile E: Mid-level expert in questionnaire design and administration
• Profile F: Senior IT specialist
• Profile G: mid-level IT specialist
• Profile H: Senior IT specialist
