Il documento fornisce il quadro teorico e metodologico della prova INVALSI sulle competenze digitali, collocandola nel contesto della trasformazione digitale della società e del sistema educativo. Le competenze digitali non sono intese come semplici abilità tecniche, ma come competenze critiche, etiche e trasversali, fondamentali per l’apprendimento, la cittadinanza attiva e la riduzione delle disuguaglianze.
